Currency

All our items are sold in RM (Ringgit Malaysia).

Order Policy

Please place your orders carefully (especially when filling out your address)! Changes in orders will be reviewed on a case-to-case basis (ie. have we already started work on your items? have we already shipped out your order? etc). Your order will be shipped out once full payment has been received.

All our items are carefully packaged (pieces will be wrapped in bubble wrap) and hand-delivered to the post office (Pos Laju) to ensure that they get to you safely. :)

Availability of item

When a product sells out, we will update the website as soon as we can.

Standard mail

Orders within Malaysia: RM 5-10 depending on weight on top of total cost of products.
Orders outside of Malaysia: This will be calculated based on the total weight of all your items once you have confirmed your order. We will email you with the total cost of your purchase, including shipping costs based on Pos Laju’s Overseas Postage Rates.

Registered mail

If you like having peace of mind when it comes to your items getting to you safely, go for the Registered Mail option. We will email you with a tracking reference number with instructions on how to check on the progress of your delivery.
Orders within Malaysia: RM 7 depending on weight on top of total cost of items
Orders outside of Malaysia: RM xx depending on weight on top of Standard mail charges & total cost of products.

Shipping time

Orders within Malaysia: Please allow approximately 4-6 working days for your items to arrive.
Orders outside of Malaysia: Please allow 1-3 weeks for your items to arrive, depending on where you live.

Payment methods

Within Malaysia: We currently only accept Maybank and Alliance Bank transfers. Once you have confirmed your order, we will email you with the total cost of your purchase and our Bank details.

Outside of Malaysia: For international orders, we accept payment via telegrahic transfer to Maybank and Alliance Bank. Once you have confirmed your order, we will email you with the total cost of your purchase (including shipping), after which you will need to make a transaction to our bank account (our details will be sent to you).

The total amount we give you will be in the Ringgit Malaysia (RM) currency, so make sure you select RM when sending payment to our bank account. :)

Return policy

Refunds and exchanges of products will be subjected to case to case basis (ie. broken products)
